On 09/09/2021 NRMU(CR/KR) felicitated Tokyo Olympic Women’s Hockey Team players of Central Railway with Real Gold Medals at CSMT. During the conversation of these players with GS NRMU Com. Venu P. Nair, players shared the problems faced by them in and out the field and also discussed about non receiving of Hon. Rail Minister Cash Award and Officer Rank Promotion(E. Rajni) since they were reserve players in team. GS Com. Venu P. Nair assured them that, NRMU and AIRF will always support Sportsman and will definitely raise the issue with higher authority.
During the meeting with CRB, Shri Sunit Mishra on 05.10.2021 GS NRMU & AGS AIRF, Com. Venu P. Nair along with GS AIRF, Shri Shigopal Mishraji convinced CRB regarding the issue and CRB agreed for considering their achievements with immediate effect.
