AGM of Parel Workshop branch was held on 13.07.2021. The main attraction of the AGM was General Secretary Com. Venu P. Nair, who was the Chief Guest. Com.Venu P. Nair was given a warm welcome.
The proceedings of the meeting was started with tributes paid to departed souls. Secretaries Report was placed and passed. Statement of Accounts for the year was also placed ad passed. Com. Venu P. Nair in his speech appealed all to be united under one banner of NRMU. He spoke at length about the Government anti labour policies, privatization, NPS, non filing of post, surrendering of vacancies and ensuing election of recognition. He said that we have to be ready for a hard fight ahead. He urged everyone to united under one banner of NRMU .
The event was a success in term of attendance of more than 200 comrades including youths & women Comrades while observing Covid protocols.
The meeting was condoned with vote of Thanks by Chairman of the Branch.
