108th AGBM of The Central Railway Employees Co. Op. Credit Society Ltd. was held on 28.09.2021 at Madgaon in the august presence of GS/NRMU (CR/KR) Com. Venu P. Nair.
A Preparatory Meeting before AGBM was held on 27.09.2021 at Samrat Hall, Madgaon. All Directors, Delegates and officers were present in the meeting & special attraction of the meeting was all attendees were in red attire. The Chief Guest of the meeting GS/NRMU (CR/KR) Com. Venu P. Nair was given a warm welcome by offering him flower bouquets amidst sky rocketing sloganeering. The other dignitaries on the dais were also welcomed. President of the Society Shri Vishwas Sawant has given welcome speech after that Vice President & directors & few delegates from audience presented and shared their views/opinion about the Society.
While addressing the preparatory meeting Com. Venu P. Nair congratulated the Society for arranging the AGBM at Madgaon in such a good manner. He briefed about the Society’s working and appreciated the delegates, directors & staff of the society for smooth working and upward graph of the Society. He further said, that, The C. Rly. E.C.C. Society is the biggest society in Asia which has more than 1.40 lakh shareholders and advances loans to the shareholders at a minimum rate of 5.50% per annum, which is much lower than any other banks, society’s & financial institution. GS further briefed about the Government policies of Privatization of Railways and contracting of regular activities etc. and explained how this privatization of railway will affect the Society. At the end of the GS speech entire hall has resonate with sky rocketing slogan “COM VENU P NAIR KO LAL SALAAM”, “NRMU ZINDABAD”.
On 28.09.2021 108th AGBM of The C.Rly. E.C.C. Society was held at Samrat Garden, Madgaon, Goa. President Shri Vishwas Sawant, Vice President Shri B.L. Yadav, all Directors, Delegates & Officers of the Society were present at Annual General Body Meeting of the Society. All the dignitaries on the dais were welcomed. President read the minutes of the 107th AGBM and confirmed it by members. Thereafter Vice President briefed the audience about the Society and the good position maintained by the Society for the last 108 years. Some Directors and delegates has given their suggestion for the society. President placed the report and accounts statement of the Society for the FY 2020-2021 which was passed. Director & Delegates who are being retire in upcoming year was felicitated by Flower Bouquets, Shawl and Memento by the hands of GS NRMU Com. Venu P. Nair.
The AGBM was concluded with vote of thanks by Vice President Shri B.L. Yadav.
